Receiving your hair:
We take our customer's experience and quality of our hair very seriously. Each bundle is inspected upon receipt to our facility and before it is sent to you.
Once you receive your hair please feel free to examine it to ensure that you have received what you ordered ( length, color, texture).
In doing so, please DO NOT cut the hair ties, wet or manipulate the hair in anyway, including color or heat. If this happens we cannot accept your exchange.
The hair must have all original packaging and tags.
If you need to exchange your item and if follows the guidelines listed about and the like, please send product(s) back within 5 business days of receipt. Exchanges will not be accepted after that time.
Once received, we will inspect the hair and notify you of exchange acceptance or rejection. Accepted products will be processed within 3 business days.
We must receive your item before an exchange will be give.
We advise to add tracking to your package. we are not responsible for lost,stolen, untraceable or damaged packages. If we receive the item(s) damaged we can not accept the exchange or give a refund.
If the item is rejected, we will send the product(s) originally purchased back to the customer.
We cannot accept hair products that have been used in any way. Please take note to keep original packaging and tags on the hair and do not manipulate in anyway as stated above.
Returns:
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or credit returns.
